The GodHand SPN-120 Ultimate Nipper 5.0 specializes in gate cutting and pursues the "ultimate cut". Because of it's sharpness, it can obtain a smooth cut surface as if the cut had been made by a hobby knife. This cut minimizes whitening of the plastic, and the cutting marks are much cleaner than general nippers.
The thin single-edged cutting blade design emphasizes sharpness. A guideline for cutting 3mm plastic is 2kg or less of force compared to 3.5kg-10kg for general nippers. Please only use these nippers for cutting plastic (PS resin, PP resin, ABS resin, and PE resin) 3mm and less. However, transparent/translucent PS resin is very hard and is not recommended to cut more than 1mm.
Due to the design of the nippers, it is recommended the following:
To not use excessive force when cutting.
Cut as close to center of the blade as possible.
Do not twist the blade while cutting or during releasing the blade.
Do not cut if it doesn't fit within the length of the blade.
